Where do you ship from?

Our products are hand crafted and shipped from Norway.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt delivery, changes or cancellations need to be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests after this period cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once you have received it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed from our warehouse from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, especially during busy periods like holidays and sales. Orders are shipped the day after they are processed. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The hand made lingeries normally take a day to complete, and for shipping please expect 5 business days to arrive. If there is a waiting list for the product you have chosen, it will be shipped as soon as it is crafted.
